All orders above 69€ are delivered for free to any European country.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

You can choose between DHL Standard (slower and cheaper option) or DHL Express (faster and more expensive option). With DHL Standard, deliveries to Germany cost 3,99€, and deliveries to other European countries cost 6,99€. With DHL Express, deliveries to Germany cost 9,50€, and deliveries to other European countries cost 19,50€. (Please note that DHL Express shipping is not available for Eastern European countries)

 

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. How Fast Is The Shipping?

The vast majority of our products are ready to be shipped within 48 hours. Deliveries to Germany usually take 1-3 days with DHL Express and 4-6 working days with DHL Standard. Deliveries to other European countries usually take 2-4 days with DHL Express and 5-10 working days with DHL Standard. (Please note that DHL Express shipping is not available for Eastern European countries)

 

Can I Return My Prints?

You can return all of our products within 30 days of receipt for any reason free of charge. Items must be unused and in their original condition. You can find further details about the return policy in the checkout.

 

Can I Track my Order?

Yes - as soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a tracking number. With this you know exactly where your package currently is and when it is due to arrive.

 

Can I Change Or Cancel Orders?

As long as your order has not already been shipped, we can change your shipping address as well as cancel or add single items and entire orders. To do that, simply let our customer service team know at info@postcollective.com and they’ll take great care of you!

 

My Order Is Damaged. What Should I Do?

If your package didn’t arrive safe, sound, and in perfect condition please do not worry. Our customer service at info@postcollective.com will help you right away. Please let us know what kind of damage your items incurred and quickly snap a picture of it.
